A KING Rises

In the foothills of the Andes, deep in the heart of Mendoza, long the home of the world’s finest Malbecs a new leader emerges.

Where the sky is heated and the sun is spirited. Where time moves more slowly waiting to be pushed forward. Where condition becomes strength. Where temperament expels weakness.

From its land it draws strength through energy, water and nutrients in the deepest bowels of its Kingdom.

There rises a new King. It is waiting to get the love of a world that granted its fate to its King. And that King is:

It is the King, the almighty sovereign of the vines, the magnificent one.

Bodega Norton has long been considered the “Masters of Malbec,” including the first South American winery to earn “Winemaker of the Year” by Wine Enthusiast Magazine.

The KING is sourced from the five (First Zone) vineyards that are owned by Bodega Norton. These vineyards zones include: Lujan de Cuyo, Perdrial, Agrelo, Lunluta, and Medrano. The average age of the vines are 30 years with some as old as 80.
The KING is 100% Malbec with deep violet hues with aromas of cassis and pepper. Ripe fruit on the palate with soft tannins and a spicy finish.
This is all the more remarkable when one considers the introductory retail price of $9.99. A $6 savings from its original price of $16.99.
