Do you know who likes to win? Ernest Brown likes to win.  In 2002, Ernest already had a few years of winning in sales under his belt, when a friend told him about an opening with Heidelberg Distributing. The rest is history and it goes like this; in the first ten years with Heidelberg, Ernest did every sales job - from retail to on-premise to fine wine. He achieved the Certified Specialist in Wine in 2007.

Then in 2012, he joined Wine Trends as a Regional Manager, two years later he was promoted to Director of Sales, and four years after that he stepped into his current role, Vice President of Sales and General Manager of Wine Trends. He has a true love for the wine industry.

He likes to travel the world, learning as much as he can about the people and places behind the labels. He loves spending time with his wife and two boys. Throughout high school and college, Ernest spent years on the football field and today you can find him coaching and mentoring the next generation at his alma mater, Wayne High School. On the weekends, he throws down a mean charcuterie board and drinks great wine while watching College and Pro Football. In the summer, golf and fishing are his favorite pastimes. He’s also a big sneakerhead.
