• What are the event details (when & where)?

  The biggest, best trade-only show we have ever hosted, to celebrate our 40th anniversary!

  This is THE can’t miss experience of the year!

  Monday, June 24th, 2024 from 4 pm to 7 pm

  The Fives in Columbus, 550 Reach Boulevard, Columbus Ohio 43215

• Who will be there?

  40 amazing winery principals (owners and winemakers) along with our top customers from around the state.

  Event venue capacity is 500 people.

• How do I RSVP?

  RSVP directly on the events page at WineTrendsInc.com

  Your sales professional can help you fill this out!

• I don’t live in Columbus. How do I get there?

  This is the largest and most exciting event we have ever hosted! You are more than welcome to drive, and we encourage you to do so safely and responsibly. You may also consider spending the night in Columbus.

  As a courtesy, we have also chartered buses from Cleveland, Dayton, Cincinnati, and Toledo. There are a limited number of seats on each charter. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis. To be added to the list for consideration for a seat you must indicate that you would like transportation when you RSVP (by May 15th).

• I would like transportation- what do I need to know?

  Due to the limited number of seats on the charter, available seats are limited to two per account. Charter seats will be confirmed via email two weeks prior to the event.

  Charters will depart from your local Heidelberg warehouse. When you receive an email confirmation of your seat on the charter, details regarding departure times will be sent to the email address you provide when you RSVP.

• What if I’m driving myself?

  Great! We encourage everyone to make a plan and drive safely. Parking is available at the venue.

  You may also consider spending the night in Columbus.

• Where should I stay if I want to spend the night?

• Is there a list of what wines will be available to taste at the event?

  Yes, click here for the list. Your sales professional can also help provide recommendations on can’t-miss items.

• Is every wine available in every part of Ohio?

  We will do our very best to accommodate all requests. Some wines are very limited and first come, first served. Items will have an icon to indicate availability.

• How can I order wine at the event?

  We will have a digital order system for you to buy wine at the event. Alternatively, you can place an order with your sales professional.
